These General Conditions of Use (hereinafter, “Conditions”) govern access to and use of the website. For the purposes of these Conditions, the “Website” shall include:

Access to the Site by the User is free of charge, except for any connection costs charged by the User’s telecommunications provider. Some Content or Services may require prior registration or subscription.

Accessing, browsing and using the Website, including interactive spaces (comments, blogs, etc.), grants the status of “User,” who thereby accepts these Conditions (and any future modifications) from the moment they begin to use the Site, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions. We recommend that Users read these Conditions each time they visit the Site.

The Website provides a wide variety of information, services and data. The User is responsible for using the Site correctly, including:

Under no circumstances shall TKTX Indonesia be responsible for opinions expressed by Users in comments, blogs or other participatory tools.

Access to this Website does not establish any commercial relationship between TKTX Indonesia and the User.

The User declares they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to be bound by these Conditions. This Site is not intended for minors, and TKTX Indonesia declines any liability in case of breach of this requirement.

The Site is primarily aimed at Users residing in Spain. TKTX Indonesia cannot guarantee compliance with the laws of other countries. Users accessing from other jurisdictions do so under their own responsibility and must ensure such access complies with local laws, without TKTX Indonesia assuming any liability.

3. Access and Browsing: Exclusion of Warranties and Liability

TKTX Indonesia does not guarantee the continuity, availability or usefulness of the Website, Content or Services. While it will make every effort to ensure proper operation, it does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.

It is not responsible or liable if content or software accessed via the Site contains errors or causes damage to the User’s computer system (software or hardware). Under no circumstances shall TKTX Indonesia be liable for any losses or damages of any kind arising from access, browsing or use of the Website, including—but not limited to—virus infections.

TKTX Indonesia is also not responsible for any harm caused to Users due to improper use of the Site, including telecommunications outages, interruptions or failures.

4. Legal Actions, Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

TKTX Indonesia reserves the right to bring civil or criminal actions it deems necessary for improper use of the Website or breach of these Conditions.

The relationship between the User and TKTX Indonesia shall be governed by Spanish law. Any disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these Conditions shall be submitted to the competent Spanish courts and tribunals.

5. Legal Information on the Use of Hemp

Hemp cultivation in the European Union is legally permitted provided it does not exceed the 0.2% THC limit established by EU Regulation (EU) No. 1307/2013 of 17 December 2013 on direct payments to farmers under the Common Agricultural Policy.

According to this regulation, the products offered on tktxofficiel.fr are neither foodstuffs nor medicines, and TKTX Indonesia is not responsible for their end use by purchasers.

6.1 What Personal Data We Collect and Why

Comments

When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comment form, plus the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help detect spam. An anonymized string (hash) of your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you use it. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available at https://automattic.com/privacy/. Once your comment is approved, your profile picture is publicly visible next to your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the Site, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download and extract any location data from images on the Site.
