Conditions and prices
- Shipping without follow -up: 1.99 euros. No follow -up code provided. Shipping generally takes 5 to 7 working days depending on the area. The deliverers do not call if you are not there, they only leave a passing notice to recover it at La Poste.
- Certified shipment: 4.95 euros. A follow -up code is provided. Shipping with the Post Office (National Service Service Service Service in France) generally takes between 3 and 5 working days depending on the area.
- Free sending. If your order is greater than 50 euros, the order is free and has a tracking number.
The shipments are made during the day even if it has not exceeded 2:00 p.m.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be considered received on the first next working day.
In accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force concerning consumers and users, the user may, without having to justify their decision and without any penalty, exercise their right of withdrawal during the fourteen (14) calendar days according to the date of purchase, as long as you have not used the product, that is to say that its packaging is in the same state in which it has been received and has not been open or fractured in any way.
The refund will be made two days after checking that the product complies with the return policy. The shipping costs for the reception and return of the product will be borne by the buyer.
